Quality Assurance Warranty At DNTLworks Animal Health, we stand behind the superior craftsmanship of our products. We warrant to the purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a generous period of Five (5) full years from the date of delivery. This warranty covers "parts only" and demonstrates our dedication to your satisfaction.
Labor Warranty In addition to our parts warranty, we extend a ninety (90) day labor warranty from the date of delivery for all products we manufacture. During this period, any labor costs associated with warranty service will be covered by DNTLworks Animal Health.
Warranty Service If, during the warranty period, any parts are found to be defective upon inspection and examination by DNTLworks Animal Health, we will promptly replace them at no cost to you. The decision regarding repair or replacement, as well as the method and extent of the service, will be made at the discretion of DNTLworks Animal Health.
Exclusions Our commitment to quality does not cover repair and replacement costs resulting from misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Alterations, tampering, improper installation or maintenance, accidents, or equipment modifications not performed by DNTLworks Animal Health or our authorized service agents will void the warranty.
Third-Party Products For products not manufactured by DNTLworks Animal Health but sold in combination with our products, we will honor the original manufacturer's warranty for the entire duration of that warranty period.
Limitation of Liability This warranty is expressly provided in place of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No person, employee, agent, franchisee, dealer, or otherwise, is authorized to offer any warranties on behalf of DNTLworks Animal Health, except as stated herein.
DNTLworks Animal Health shall not be liable or responsible for any claims, losses, or damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from equipment sold, leased, or furnished by us, including but not limited to service interruptions, loss of business, or consequential damages. Notwithstanding the above limitations and warranties, our liability for damages incurred by the customer or others shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific equipment involved.
